The picture below, from 1984, is Rob Towner’s first commercial wash plant located in the Bannack Mining District of Montana. This particular spot is referred to as the Washington Bar in the Placers. He built it without using any new or purchased equipment. It processed 45 cubic yards an hour. This endeavor was carried out with Pete Hable and Al Dionne. Rob and Pete stayed in a tent on site during the entire summer. They pulled over 285 ounces of gold from this mining effort.

BCP wash plants are particularly versatile, robust, and economical for medium and large scale alluvial mining operations.
Each plant is well suited for production and exploration whether stationary or mobile. Their mobility is specially suited to move up and down the alluvial deposit. These plants are virtually "plug and play", minimal assembly required and they can be shipped overseas in a standard sea container.

BCP wash plants are designed for commercial mining, simple to operate, and low maintenance. You are looking at mining equipment that is 100% made in the USA!

The standard and custom wash plants feature off the shelf industry standard equipment. BCP builds a trommel design based on the old pitcher style wash plants. The illustration below is the BCP mineral recovery system, that has used successfully for decades.

Pitcher wash plants were used back in the 1930's, They use a choke feed method resulting in a more efficient delivery into the washing system. BCP has portable and standard designs that handle up to 100 cubic yards an hour.
