The company designs and manufactures equipment as robust mineral recovery systems. These placer mining systems use the following: extraction equipment, dredges, trommel wash plants, screening systems. Bear Creek Placer has a signature wash plant which is designed as a complete unit: hopper, vibrating screen/trommel (classifier), sluice boxes or jig concentrator (depends on project requirements), centrifugal pump, and trailer.
Wash Plants Based On Successful Mining
Bear Creek Placer LLC provides quality, made in the USA, wash plants. These wash plants are geared to mine for gold, diamonds, and sapphires. Around the globe, Bear Creek Placer wash plants have successfully extracted a variety of minerals for large scale operations and on locally run mining operations.
Each plant is well suited for production and exploration whether stationary or mobile. Their mobility is specially suited to move up and down the alluvial deposit. These plants are virtually "plug and play", minimal assembly required and they can be shipped overseas in a standard sea container.
The standard and custom wash plants feature off the shelf industry standard equipment. BCP builds a trommel design based on the old pitcher style wash plants. The illustration below is the BCP mineral recovery system, that has used successfully for decades.
